Here Angus Andrew sheds the dissolute lyrical persona that filled Sisterworld (i.e. tracks like “The Overachievers) and replaces it with an emotional side that is disarming, almost antithetical to their 2010 release. The effects, when coupled with their new found electronic delivery, are astounding.

These guys along with Iceage and War seem to be signalling the beginning of a throwback punk revolution out of Copenhagen. I will be watching attentively.
